Corruption may derail Obama's Power Africa InitiativesAt the CMPI Dialogue on "Access to Power in Africa: Moving from Darkness to Destiny", participants fear endemic corruption among public functionaries in Africa may frustrate the genuine intention of those who want to increase electricity transmission in that vital region of the world. Ahead of the conference report, here is a synopsis of deliberations at the confab held at the African Union Mission to the UN.
