Maggie,
Wikilik leaked..........Ni hayo tu..........and therefore, I am left scratching my head.
I dont think Jendayi Frazer is digging her own hole to ICC Hague, she is actually
taking herself there by force..........you remember the famous quote from Kenya,
"Dont be Vague, it is Hague".........This is what Jendayi Frazer is drumming on our
ears presently............She is washa washa kind of gidi gidi wanting to go to ICC in
a hurry...........The world is watching her carefully and she has no idea that people
are concerned and may demand that she tell the world what she knows...............
Check it out!! Bottom line secrets shall finally be known as the Truth speaketh!!!
Pili Pili yooooooo, osiyo ila.............Hot pepper ??? This is very interesting........

Former U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs, Ms
Jendayi Frazier has called on African states to leave the ICC en masse
following the UN Security Council rejection of Kenya’s ICC cases
deferral bid. Ms Frazier who was live tweeting as the council session
was ongoing had tough words for the ICC as well as countries that
abstained from the vote.
During the vote which was held this morning, seven members of
15-member Security Council, including Russia and China, voted for a
draft resolution to approve the move, while eight members, abstained.
For the UNSC resolutions to be approved, nine votes are needed with no
vetoes by any of the five permanent members.
Ms Frazier said that the United Nations Security Council with the vote
failed to take responsibility for international security. She also
added the countries which abstained from the vote including UK, US and
France displayed a sign of cowardice and said that Africa’s fate is in
now in their hands.
Frazier also said that she does not Kenya should ask for deferral but
rather an outright dismissal of the ICC cases. She accused the ICC of
being political not about justice or victims.
“Anyone looking into the cases know the evidence is hearsay yet the
ICC is twisting Kenya to satisfy the West mostly,” she tweeted.
She also accused some member countries of hypocrisy saying that UK Rep
doesn’t mention that they were willing to give deferral to Sudan
despite millions of deaths, but not Kenya.
French ambassador to the UN however dismissed the impending backlash
saying that Africans were wrong for bringing their case to the
Security Council. Ms Frazier however pointed at France’s role using
the ICC in IvoryCoast, and the DRC, etc.
“@USUN Reps statement…what a sad day for the United States. Hypocrisy
is no way to conduct our global affairs,” she tweeted.

More shenanigans from the Clinton/Bush/Clinton foreign policy machinations in East Africa. Keep in mind that Ethiopia/Kenya are physical springboards for an invasion of the Sudan. Just as Uganda/Rwanda were a physical springboard for a US/UK presence in the Eastern DRC (where coltan and a lot of other minerals come from). Also, if they are prosecuted, a lot of this illegal and destructive foreign policy will come to light. Also, if Africa is going to be economically and politically independent, we have to put a stop to AFRICOM, and the militarisation that flows from it.
WikiLeaks Reveals U.S. Twisted Ethiopia's Arm to Invade Somalia

U.S. officials were lying when they claimed to have attempted to restrain Ethiopia from invading neighboring Somalia in late 2006. Newly unveiled documents show that “the Bush Administration pushed Ethiopia to invade Somalia with an eye on crushing the Union of Islamic Courts,” which had established relative peace in much of the country. The U.S. also tried to assemble a “coalition of the willing” to overthrow Robert Mugabe’s government in Zimbabwe.

“The cable exposes a secret deal cut between the United States and Ethiopia to invade Somalia.”
By mid 2007, the 50,000 Ethiopian troops that invaded Somalia in late 2006 found themselves increasingly bogged down, facing much fiercer resistance than they had bargained for as Somalis of all stripes temporarily put aside their differences to stand together against the outside invader.
As the military incursion turned increasingly sour, then US Under Secretary of State for Africa, Jendayi Frazer, who taught at the University of Denver's Korbel School of International Studies in the 1990s, insisted that, prior to the invasion, the United States had counseled caution and that Washington had warned Ethiopia not to use military force against Somalia. Frazer was a close collaborator with former U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, for whom there also is a strong University of Denver connection. Frazer certainly tried to distance the United States from responsibility for the Ethiopian invasion in a number of interviews she gave to the media at the time.
But one of the released WikiLeaks cables, suggests a different picture, one that implicates Frazer in pressing Ethiopia's President Meles Zenawi to invade its neighbor. The content of the cable is being widely discussed in the African media. It exposes a secret deal cut between the United States and Ethiopia to invade Somalia.
“The cable suggests that Ethiopia had no intention of invading Somalia in 2006 but was encouraged/pressured to do so by the United States.”
If accurate -- and there is no reason to believe the contrary -- the cable suggests that Ethiopia had no intention of invading Somalia in 2006 but was encouraged/pressured to do so by the United States which pushed Ethiopia behind the scenes. Already bogged down in wars in Iraq and Afghanistan at the time, the Bush Administration pushed Ethiopia to invade Somalia with an eye on crushing the Union of Islamic Courts, which was gaining strength in Somalia at the time.
At the time of the invasion there was little doubt that the Ethiopian military incursion was "made in Washington." Like so many other WikiLeaks cables, this one merely puts a dot on the "i" or crosses the "t" on what was generally known, although it does give specific information about Jendayi Frazer's deep involvement in the affair.
According to the cable, as the main U.S. State Department representative in Africa, Frazer played a key role, spearheading what amounted to a U.S.-led proxy war in conjunction with the Pentagon. At the same time that she was pushing the Ethiopians to attack, Frazer was laying the groundwork both for the attack in the U.S. media and for a cover-up, by claiming that although the United States did not support Ethiopian military action, she could understand "the Somali threat" and why Ethiopia might find it necessary to go to war.
Frazer spread rumors of a possible jihadist takeover in Somalia that would threaten Ethiopian security. Turns out that media performance was little more than a smokescreen. The U.S. military had been preparing Ethiopia for the invasion, providing military aid and training Ethiopian troops. Then on December 4, 2006, CENTCOM Commander, General John Abizaid was in Addis Ababa on what was described as "a courtesy call." Instead, the plans for the invasion were finalized.
“The U.S. military had been preparing Ethiopia for the invasion, providing military aid and training Ethiopian troops.”
At the time of the Somali invasion, Zenawi found himself in trouble. He was facing growing criticism for the wave of repression he had unleashed against domestic Ethiopian critics of his rule that had included mass arrests, the massacres of hundreds of protesters and the jailing of virtually all the country's opposition leaders.
Quote:
[None of which occurred in Zimbabwe, but you would not think so going by the mainstream media and it's 10 year villification campaign against Zimbabwe - really, against effective land redistribution and the threat it posed to the diamond trade monopoly, but that's another discussion. There is a lot of mining industry money behind the "War Against Land Reform", which is what it should be called. If you want to read the source of this opposition, check out this 2003 article which describes the redistribution of the Debshan 'Ranch' owned by Anglo-American De Beers. - MrK]
By the spring of 2006 there was a bill before the U.S. Congress to cut off aid to Zenawi unless Ethiopia's human rights record improved. (His human rights record, by the way, has not improved since. Given how the United States and NATO view Ethiopia's strategic role in the "war on terrorism" and the scramble for African mineral and energy resources, Western support for Zenawi has only increased in recent years).
In 2006, dependent on U.S. support to maintain power in face of a shrinking political base at home -- a situation many U.S. allies in the Third World find themselves -- and against his better judgement, Zenawi apparently caved to Frazer's pressure. Nor was this the first time that Frazer had tried to instigate a U.S. proxy war in Africa. Earlier as U.S. ambassador to South Africa, she had tried to put together a "coalition of the willing" to overthrow Mugabe's regime in Zimbabwe, an initiative that did not sit so well with South Africa's post-apartheid government and went nowhere.
“Frazer had tried to put together a ‘coalition of the willing’ to overthrow Mugabe's regime in Zimbabwe.”
The 2006 war in Somalia did not go well either for the United States or Ethiopia. Recently a State Department spokesperson, Donald Yamamoto, admitted that the whole idea was "a big mistake," obliquely admitting U.S. responsibility for the invasion. It resulted in 20,000 deaths and according to some reports, left up to 2 million Somalis homeless. The 50,000 Ethiopian invasion force, which had expected a cake walk, instead ran into a buzz saw of Somali resistance, got bogged down and soon withdrew with its tail between its legs. The political result of the invasion was predictable: the generally more moderate Union of Islamic Courts was weakened, but it was soon replaced in Somalia by far more radical and militant Islamic groups with a more openly anti-American agenda.
As the situation deteriorated, in an attempt to cover both the U.S. and her own role, Frazer then turned on Zenawi, trying to distance herself from fiasco using an old and tried diplomatic trick: outright lying. Now that the invasion had turned sour, she changed her tune, arguing in the media, that both she and the State Department had tried to hold back the Ethiopians, discouraging them from invading rather than pushing them to attack. The WikiLeaks cable tells quite a different story. In 2009, the Ethiopian forces withdrew, leaving Somalia in a bigger mess and more unstable than when their troops went in three years prior. Seems to be a pattern here?

Remember Jendayi Frazier had planned the same prescription she applied for
Ethiopians to happen in Kenya but we trounced from the pressure we
excerted and we did not give her opportunity to apply her poison pill.
Actually, she is one of those public
servants who smear the good name of America and the people dont know, and they will be
forced to honor their responsibilities at the Foreign policy to Africa.

Jendayi Frazer, USA diplomat, once again stood with the cheaters in Kenya like she did in May 2005 with the Ethiopian regime who stole election by killing protesters in the streets of Addis Ababa who went out for their voices to be heard.
Mr. Raila Odinga the opposition leader called off the planned street protest to pressure the regime to step down and the peoples vote to be respected after he talked to Jendayi Frazer of USA. Similar pressure was exerted by the USA Ambassadors to sabotage Ethiopians right to protest by organizing a meeting with the opposition leaders and we now know that was a big blunder by opposition leaders and they now regret it.
The Kenyan opposition pressured to call off street protest and go to Kibakli's court by Jendayi Frazer is unjust and the millions who voted against Kibaki know that very well and Kenyans opposition are going to repeat what Ethiopians opposition did almost three years ago.
By equating public protest with violence our peoples right to protest is denied and that is good news for African dictators. Denying this right will open a door for armed rebellion and that is why many army officers and young activists are now joining armed resistance in all the corners of Ethiopia.
Jendayi Frazer is also equating the right to raise arms to defend once interest as "terrorism" and I wonder what right she is prescribing for millions whose vote are stolen in Kenya,Ethiopia and somewhere else to do.
Are we going to ask USA to "liberate us" from tyranny? That is not an option if your country has no natural resources like Iraq and on top of that USA military will be stretched doing all these "liberation" with tax payers money because there is not enough money to liberate all of us.
The shortsighted USA foreign policy in the Horn of Africa by standing with the known killers and human right abusers of the region will only force our people to fight for freedom. Jendayi Frazer is working for her country's interest and she care less about freedom and what she achieved on her Kenya's visit is "quite" Kenya to do business for foreigners.
Mwai Kibaki will be in power until he turns eighty years old and the Kenyan people anger that cost 500 people lives will be forgotten soon and tourists will flock to Kenya, that is what Jendayi Frazer will call it freedom and democracy, African style.

US-UN Backed Ethiopian Invasion of Somalia - an International Crime
by Sophia Tesfamariam
www.americanchronicle.com/, February 11, 2007
On 6 June 2006, the Union of Islamic Courts (UIC) after a two month long battle against the US-backed Alliance for the Restoration of Peace and Counter-Terrorism (ARPCT) took over Mogadishu, the Somali capital. Mogadishu's air and seaports were re-opened for the first time since 1995. The UIC expanded its control throughout Somalia and restored peace and security in areas under their control. The people of Somalia were optimistic about Somalia's future for the first time in 15 years. But the celebrations would be dampened; their dreams and aspirations would be dashed by the sudden appearance of the Islam phobic Jendayi E. Frazier, US Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs, who set out to undo the progress, with a "new strategy for Somalia".
Despite the globe trotting and conducting of "meetings" with Washington's Somalia Contact Group (Jendayi wants to believe they are international because a few "interested parties" have been included) in New York, Brussels and Kenya, it was evident and the tell tale signs were therethe SCG was a convenient smokescreen, a cover for a non-existent diplomatic agenda. Jendayi E. Frazier was preparing for and planning a military solution for Somalia; she had no intention of allowing the expansion of the UIC, which would have brought peace, security and stability in Somalia, but also an Islamic government, a definite no-no in today's Washington. That was unacceptable to the Islam phobic envoy and her bosses.
After 15 years of supporting the "wrong side" (and contributing to the chaos and instability in Somalia) instead of giving peace a chance, Frazier set out to undo it. Conducting an unprecedented, very public, and loud vilification campaign against the UIC in the mainstream media, she set out to tarnish their image, and isolate them. Colluding with Meles Zenawi, the deceptive flip flopping leader of the genocidal vote rigging minority regime in Ethiopia, she planned and advanced the end of year invasion of Somalia.
Jendayi E. Frazier adopted Meles' defamation tactics and accused the UIC of having links to Al Qaeda, without ever providing any evidence. Even as top US Administration officials refuted her claims, she kept repeating them in hopes that the labels would stickthey didn't. She accused the UIC of being "extremists", whatever that means, she deliberately exaggerated and fabricated the "threat" they posed to Ethiopia, and down played Ethiopia's aggression and invasion of sovereign Somali territories. Her outrageous accusations were designed to weaken the UIC's popular support, and bring internal division in their ranks. It failed. The UIC maintained their popular support, evidenced by their rapid expansion to other parts of Somalia, outside of Mogadishu, without ever resorting to force.
The deceptive street smart Meles Zenawi ran a parallel campaign to influence Ethiopian public opinion and convince the rubber stamp Ethiopia Parliament to allow him take "any and all necessary actions" against the UIC, and give his invasion the legitimacy in the eyes of the international community and the Ethiopian people. Relying on his trademark tactics of deception, gimmicks and lies, he prepared for his illegal war, knowing that the US State Department and his personal friend, Jendayi E. Frazier, would provide him the diplomatic, financial, political and military backing.
Hijacking the Somali peoples right to self determination, and in violation of the UN Charter and international law, she set out to impose Washington's solution for Somalia, by military force. It will be a long time before we know exactly what transpired between June 2006 and December 2006 when Ethiopia decided to launch its war of aggression and invasion against Somalia, but the following report will give us an idea.
Jon Snow of the UK based Channel 4 news presented a special report on Somalia on 30 January 2006. It will give the people of Somalia in particular and the people of the region as a whole a better understanding of what really happened in Somalia, it also tells us what Jendayi's role was in the invasion and occupation of Somalia. This is how the report began:
Channel 4 news has obtained an exclusive document revealing America's role in the planning and execution of last month's Ethiopian invasion of SomaliaIt reveals the US having to do close business with a government whose human rights record has been so recently condemnedit was a document that no one at the African Union summit was keen on discussing"
Of course they wouldn't. Jendayi Frazier and her coterie were at the African Union to cover up Ethiopia's violation of international law, to shove any evidence of their recklessness and bigotry under the rug using "peacekeepers" and "stabilization force" as cover.
Jon Snow told his listeners "the blueprint for a very American supported Ethiopian invasion of Somalia was hatched" at the US Embassy in Addis Ababa, six months ago. He said Washington turned to Ethiopia and the reason is obvious. The mercenary Meles Zenawi was willing to offer Ethiopian forces to carry out Washington's agenda for Somalia. The end justifies the means, especially when it is Ethiopian lives that have to be sacrificed, and not American lives. It makes it even easier when there is a mercenary regime that is willing to sacrifice the lives of its own people to advance other agendas.
Snow referred to a "UN record of a meeting" that took place sometime in June 2006 and was attended by a US Commander of the Fleet off Somalia, Rear Admiral Richard Hunt, Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs, Jendayi E. Frazier and an unnamed UN official. According to the report, the attendees discussed possible scenarios in Somalia and how to deal with them:
The worst case scenario would result from a total control by the UIC over Somaliathe US would not allow it"
In the event of a rapid Ethiopian in and out intervention "the US would rally with Ethiopia if the 'Jihadists' took over"
Jendayi Frazier is quoted as saying, "It would be a mistake for the international community to condemn such an invasion"
An unnamed UN official is quoted as saying, "any Ethiopian action in Somalia would have Washington's blessing"
This clearly shows that Jendayi E. Frazier and the mercenary Meles Zenawi planned, prepared, and initiated a war of aggression against Somalia; unnecessarily jeopardizing the lives of Ethiopia's young in order to effectuate Washington's incoherent, Islam Phobic foreign policy which Frazier decided could not be accomplished without Ethiopia's outright invasion of Somalia. Meles Zenawi, true to his deceptive nature, concocted a lie to hoodwink the Ethiopian parliament, and launched the unprovoked aggressive war against Somalia in order to please Washington.

Ads by Goooooogle
This report exposes the deceptions, lies and total disregard for the wishes and aspirations of the Somali people. It also showed contempt for Ethiopian lives. The fact that a UN official was present and pretty much condoning the upcoming war of aggression and invasion is deeply disturbing. Whether or not he/she was acting in an official capacity does not matter. A UN employee is supposed to uphold the Charter. Kofi Annan, the former Secretary General of the United Nations was in Addis Ababa for the AU summit on 1 July 2006, and he was also in Gambia for another Summit in June 2006 along with Abdulahi Yusufif he is the unnamed UN official at that meeting, it comes as no surprise.
In a civilized world, no matter what grievances a nation may have, and however objectionable it finds the status quo, "aggressive warfare is an illegal means for settling those grievances or for altering those conditions". The US-UN backed Ethiopian invasion of Somalia to prevent the Union of Islamic Courts from expanding their influence all over Somalia is an act of aggression, a violation of the UN Charter, the African Union Charter and in contravention of international law.
The UN Security Council did nothing while the Somalia arms embargo was violated, as Ethiopia invaded, and as the U.S. bombed Somalia. The hijacked UN Security Council has yet to call on Ethiopia to vacate from sovereign Somali territories; it is instead working to legitimize Ethiopia's US-backed invasion and occupation of Somalia. Ban Ki Moon, the new Secretary General of the UN, attempting to consolidate and legitimize the US backed Ethiopia's violation of the UN Charter and international law told reporters on 15 January 2007:
I was simply concerned about the possibility of an impact on civilians and the reported loss of civiliansI was hoping that -- while I fully understand the necessity behind this attack -- we should be cautious enough not to see this kind of situation lead to unwanted directionsThis situation only is a very stark reminder that we need to redouble our diplomatic efforts to have some political process for the realization of a peaceful resolution of this issue"
What was the necessity? To prevent an "Islamic Government" from being established in Somalia, which is after all an Islamic country? I hope he's not afflicted with the "Islam phobia bug" that has debilitated Jendayi E. Frazier's reasoning and that of her hirelings.
The new Secretary General can salvage his reputation and that of the UN by standing up for the rule of law and the UN Charter. He can start by calling on Meles Zenawi's minority regime to pull its forces out Somali territories it has invaded and occupied and also sovereign Eritrean territories, including Badme that he is militarily occupying. He can also urge the Security Council to shoulder its legal and moral responsibilities by enforcing the Final and Binding decision of the Eritrea Ethiopia Border Commission. Covering up, consolidating and legitimizing Meles Zenawi's invasion and occupation of Somalia and Eritrea will further undermine the UN's credibility and integrity, and undermine the trust and confidence of its member states, in its ability and efficacy to uphold and defend the UN Charter and international law.
To their credit, African leaders seem to have declined the offer to participate in the US-Ethiopian affair. Calling them "peacekeepers" or "stabilization force" will not legitimize their presence in Somalia. They are not "peacekeepers", that is a misnomer for what they really are-babysitters for the illegitimate Transitional National Government in Somalia installed in Mogadishu at the behest of Washington, by the equally illegitimate, mercenary minority regime in Ethiopia led by the deceptive dictatorial Prime Minister Meles Zenawi. The TNG has been unable to assert its authority in Somalia. The guns have not been silenced. Peace, stability and security left as the Ethiopian backed TNG arrived, bringing with them death and destruction.
At the African Union Summit, only a handful States offered to provide "peacekeepers for Somalia". It was not because Africans do not want to support the people of Somalia, but rather because they do. Providing "peacekeepers" for Somalia would be to legitimize the Ethiopian invasion and occupation. Ethiopia said it had legitimate reasons for invading Somalia, it also said it had "broken the backbone" of its mystery enemies, it also claims victory. If that is the case, why are they still occupying Somalia? The reason is crystal clear. Ethiopia invaded Somalia on a lie and now it wants the international community to bail it out. Since the US colluded with Ethiopia to overthrow what was an "effective government" (UIC) in Mogadishu and replace it with its puppet, it bears full responsibility for the crisis.
African Patrick Mazimhaka, deputy chairman of the African Union was the exception. Mazimhaka who had vouched for the minority regime in Ethiopia and justified its illegal war of aggression and invasion of Somalia in 2006, and the invasion of Eritrea in 1998, was back again moonlighting as the minority regime's apologist and cheerleader. Contrary to the sentiments expressed by many African countries and their leaders, misrepresenting the truth, and blindly supporting Meles Zenawi and the minority regime in Ethiopia, exposing his lack of concern for the wellbeing of African troops, told the Financial Times on 24 January 2007:
African countries do not consider it necessary to have a place stabilised and then send in troops. You send the troops first to create the right atmosphere [for peace]"
If there are any African leaders that agree with Mazimhaka's assertions, let them send their own sons first before asking us to send ours. No peacekeeping, occupation, stabilization etc. etc. force will work in Somalia if the people of Somalia are against it. The onus to create the right "atmosphere for peace" rests on the invaders and the puppet regime they installed.
Africans, irregardless of Jendayi E. Frazier's coercion and blackmail, are morally obligated to stand beside the Somali people and renounce aggression and violations of their sovereign rights. Africans must uphold the rule of law and the UN Charter, and not legitimize this invasion. Africans must speak with one voice and condemn the hypocrisy and duplicity that define international diplomacy today. Africans must demand better for their countries and their peoples. Today it is Somalia, tomorrow it will be you.
At the risk of repeating myself, the UIC was never a threat to international peace and security, but rather, the threat we now face is the result of the crisis in Somalia that Meles Zenawi and Jendayi E. Frazier have created and are advancing in the Horn of Africa.
The rule of law must prevail over the law of jungle!

If Meles had not invaded southern Somalia, there would not be al shabab and certainly many Isaaq kids from Somaliland would not travel to Mogadishu to fight the woyane forces.
Ahmed Godane, the current Emir of al Shabab is from Hargeisa Somaliland and before the invasion, he was a simple accountant in Hargeisa.
The Isaaq IQ is higher than the average Somali and its going to be difficult defeating Al Shabab with Isaaq Emir Ahmed Godane.
I personally believe he should be captured and brought to Hargeisa alive so he can serve his time behind bars.
One of the leading spy on al Shabab was also Isaaq from Hargeisa but Ahmed Godane has since figured him out and beheaded him. Ever since his death, the West failed to gain intelligence report on the group.
Here is a video on former spy Ahmed Kayse. This video was recorded by al Shabab before his execution. He gave them detailed account on how he became a spy for the CIA.

This man was forced to become spy for the CIA. It was against his will. Both the CIA and Al Shabab are dirty [deleted] who are playing with innocent lives.

The truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth! Elias, U´ve a way of making me change my view about you from negative to positive and then from positive to negative but I guess that´s life. People cannot agree on everything but on this one you hit the nail on the head.

Jendayi Elizabeth Frazer (born 1961) is the former U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs, heading the Bureau of African Affairs. She currently serves as a Distinguished Service Professor atCarnegie Mellon University's Heinz College andDepartment of Social and Decision Sciences.[2]
Background
Before taking on her position in the Bush Administration, Frazer was Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director for African Affairs on the National Security Council and the first woman to serve as United States Ambassador to South Africa. Prior to entering government in 2001, Frazer was an Assistant Professor for Public Policy at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University from 1995 to 2001. She was Assistant Professor at theJosef Korbel School of International Studies at theUniversity of Denver and editor of the journal Africa Today from 1993 to 1995. She graduated from Stanford University with B.A. in Political Science with honors and African-American Studies with distinction and obtained her M.A. degrees in International Policy Studies and International Development Education, and a Ph.D. in Political Science; during her time at Stanford, formerSecretary of State Condoleezza Rice served as a faculty member in the Political Science department.Frazer is a specialist in African Affairs and International Security Affairs. During her tenure at the National Security Council, she was instrumental in the decisions that led to establishing the $15 billion President's Emergency Plan for HIV/AID Relief (PEPFAR) as well as the Millennium Challenge Account that has contributed to raising U.S. assistance to Africa to a historic high of $4.1 billion in 2006. Frazer is also given credit for designing the administration's policy for ending the wars in theDemocratic Republic of the Congo, Sierra Leone,Liberia, and Burundi. She known for statements condemning armed movements in Africa and in favor of peaceful opposition movements to bring about democratic political and social change throughout the continent.[citation needed]Frazer's tenure as Assistant Secretary of State was a controversial one: She was considered one of the most powerful and outspoken Assistant Secretaries in the Bush Administration. Yet, an August 2009 report by the State Department's Office of the Inspector General reviewed 50 years of Africa policy and criticized the Africa Bureau describing it as low resourced and being hobbled by low morale, and a lack of qualified personnel and a "failed" public diplomacy program. The report focused on 50 years of the bureau's history and not specifically Frazer's tenure.[3] Interestingly, the Inspector General's office criticized the Africa Bureau while Africa policy under the Bush Administration was widely heralded as one of the Administration's most successful foreign policy achievements.[4] John Bolton, the Bush Administration's Ambassador to the United Nations, accused Frazer of setting back his plans to end the U.N. Mission in Eritrea-Ethiopia that monitored and acted as an interposition force along the disputed border between Ethiopia and Eritrea by unilaterally deciding that the 2002 decision of the Ethiopian-Eritrean Boundary Commission should be cast aside to favor Ethiopia's position.[5] Frazer disputed Bolton's claim since U.S. policy continued to recognize the EEBC decision. Frazer has also been accused of quietly encouraging Ethiopia's decision to militarily intervene in Somalia in late 2006; administration officials denied this and no credible documentary evidence exists to substantiate the claim mainly leveled by the Eritrean government.

Well said Elias Meles zenawi and his TPLF invaded Somalia twice Islamic courts union were a home grown Somali social workers. The invasion of Woyane created Alshabaab , Alshabaab are on steroids today because of Woyane's invasion. Actually the Somali civil war would've ended in 2000 but the TPLF supported one warlord against the other Woyane so many times they undermined the Somali peace process. And eventually they invaded Somalia. Woyane is prolonging the Somali civil war in order to receive aid from uncle sam, their divisive politics they play in Somalia, is the same one they play in Ethiopia. And Jendayi frazer is the one that funded the TFG puppet interim goverment that slaughtered so many Somalis , Somalis call Jendayi frazer dhukuro which means the bold one All in All we can hope for a better Somalia , Somalia is recovering but Shabaab is still a threat. But Karma is a b!tch Somalis are some how to blame they created this evil monster woyane Siad bare in the 70s armed and financed the TPLF gave the TPLF members free passports Meles zenawi studied the Somali clan system and even graduated from Mogadishu lafoole university ,and he spoke fluently Somali, which gave him the upperhand to play divisive politics in Somalia.

Walahi Somalilanders are double agents i also share some of the sentiment of Halyeyga , Alshabaab top chiefs are from Somaliland afghani and Godane, Godane killed Afghani few months ago. I believe Godane is working for Siilaanyo( President of Somaliland) to keep the South in a mess so that Somaliland can gain recognition. I believe. Hawdian is also right Godane has a group of Muhajirun Alshabaab members mostly Arabs and Afghans Alshabaab has successfully infiltrated villa Somalia, and he doesn't trust most of the hawiye. I dont believe the Somalilanders went to the southern part of Somalia to fight Ethiopia because they dislike Habashi or because of Jihad maybe some of them did but not all , the hargeisa elites were telling the world that Ethiopia and Somaliland are committed to each other. And many Somaliland officers were drinking beer in Fancy hotels in Addis ababa and shoulder dancing with the Tigrayans. And dhukuro was visiting hargeisa, while so called Jihadist from hargeisa were fighting in Mogadishu against Ethiopia, cut the bull crap , we know your dirty game Somalilanders double game double diplomacy double agents.Maybe even the CIA is involved to , to prolong the conflict. Godane also sound like a tape he always recites the sword verse of the Quran when ever he is carrying out an attack. He calls Ethiopia the enemy of God and the eternal enemy of islam, but he never mentions Somaliland who are allied to the Western countries. Maybe godane is fake to something is not right.
