Kenya Media barred from covering principal secretaries' interviews

Why close the door if you know what u know What you are doing is not bad ???

Good People,

I did the maths and in solving the problem intelligently in the puzzle, here is what I found.

Caroli Omondi the gatekeeper of Raila's Dominion was amongst those secretaries to be awarded jobs in the New Partnership between Raila and Uhuru; but going by Miguna Miguna's book, in my wildest dreams, there was going to be lots of question marks and challenges after having failed badly in the administering of  his duties whereby his extremely poor performances and being stubborn to peoples demands, him and Janet Ongera brought down Raila's Kingdom; although Raila like always, was in denial.

So now, in their conspiracy theories, Ongera had to get a job for Asst. Chief Whip, Caroli for Permanet Secretary, and Raila and Kalonzo Musyoka to be rigged back into Parliament by hooks or crooks. This is so that, the extreme corruption including that of Land Grabbing ripping off ordinary Mwananchi and stealing of public wealth and resources for the fake of Vision 2030 was to go on as before. This was the process to facilitate continuity to benefit the Corporate Special Business Interest and which was the reason for 2007/8 theories why "Things Fall Apart"; which is why Moi's project with Kibaki had to be fulfilled.
This brings about the next move who next must be targeted to bring in guddies for Kalonzo Musyoka once the network for Raila and that of his Kitchen Cabinet is formalized? Your guess is as good as mine and that could unvail the puzzle why he was the first person to receive the message, mission accomplished.
This was an inside conspiracy theory Plan of Action that had to be commission so "Birds of the Same Feathers" who belong to one member family of the corrupt and Land Grabbing, had to play poli-tricks of ping pong together on "scratch my back I scratch your back" was theorized. Mutula Kilonzo was just the beginning. When you see Kamlesh Pattni back with specific demands yet he was suppose to be behind bars for Goldenberg with other criminal scandals, know that Kenya is not on the right footing and that Kenya is in a situation worse than that of 2007/8 and things are not right for Kenyans let alone the Constitution gains.

I fear for the likes of Elizabeth Ongoro, James Orengo, Evans Kidero, Miguna Miguna with all others who were rigged out initially but by the Grace of God still won; they must stay vigil and extremely wary, but more specifically Leonard otieno Oriaro of Siaya County who protested the Land Grabs of Siaya in Kisumu by the US Calvin Burgess of Dominion Farms. It is why Calvin Burgess case has been thrown out of Court against the people of Siaya whose land were stolen and swindled from them, and his case is still left in court.

It is why those who are against Migingo Land Grabbing will also dissapear one by one because Museveni of Uganda with his spider-web network of the greedy Corporate Special Business interest are not ready or willing to give up Migingo Island. It is why Pirating of arm weaponry in Migingo, Lake Victoria into offshores of Osienala have Somali's Al-shabaab controlling Suba, Migori, Awendo, Rongo, Kindu-Bay, Kisii, Oyugis and Kabondo and the traffick of heavy trucks are prying between Kisumu and Uganda.
When they invite you for a talk and you know you are not an insider as stated in Miguna Miguna's book, know that, you are on the way to Heavenly Glory..........

The Corporate Special Business Interest are using Chinese Agents on Commission to conceal their identity and also because they do not have the laborers to do dirty work for them but the Chinese have prison laborers from China, the corrupt Kenya Politicians have those organized Police recruited thugs with the Al-Shabaab terrorist pirating in the Sea and in Lake waters of Indian Ocean into the inland of in and around Lake-Victoria and Migingo into the inland Country-side.
This is why, we must hurriedly demand for justice so we can get Kenya out of the woods of mafiotic theories into Democratic rule of law where checks and balances for transparency and accountability is at play.

Is it therefore true that Jesse Jackson facilitated theory of Raila and Uhuru come back ??? What was the Mchuzi Mix ???

It therefore fits well that this matter be investigated at International capacity so that everybody-else who could have been involved or participated in ways and means to this deadly poison, be interrogated at all levels of International jurisdiction so answers can be found to save the face of poor Kenyans whose lives are at stake.

Politicians forget that the Governance is mandated by public interest first and so public interest must be served first more or so when the running of public business is the reason they were elected.

Watch out my good people.........and may our good God keep us safe and well to witness God's intervention for Real Peace and Unity for the benefit of happiness in Kenya with the rest of Africa.

Media barred from covering principal secretaries' interviews

Published on Apr 29, 2013

Interviews for Principal Secretary positions began Monday at the Kenyatta International Conference Centre. The media was however not allowed to cover the proceedings with the commission insisting the presence of media and the public may hinder their efforts of getting the very best for the jobs. NTV's Enock Sikolia was at the KICC and filed the following story.

We are slowly sliding back to the old single party ways of doing things by taking hold of the media. The two young guys have never being friendly to the media and one even publicly stated that newspaper were only good for wiping his backside. We have only ourselves to blame for creating another dictator and some seems to applaud it without thinking of the consequences. Even if you are majuu please think of your family back home while you are enjoying real freedom abroad.

hehehhehe so much changes everything remains the same...

This is unconstitutional the hearings must be shown to the public

If the US can allow media in their cabinet confirmation hearings, surely we can as well...
Omondi has something of a fairly chequered history though. After graduating from the law school in 1991, Caroli worked at the State Law Office – Treaties and Agreements Department – for eight years where he established a very close relationship with the then Attorney General (now ODM senator) Amos Wako. While at the Treaties and agreements Department, Omondi, then working with Nicholas Biwott’s daughter, was trusted by Wako to craft and draft the law that created independent power producers, something that introduced Caroli to the world of big money. And from that point he never looked back.

We saw the grilling of personalities looking for state jobs as applicants and some being vetted in public so as to get clearance from the kenyan citizenry and also ascertain the professional qualifications for confidence and trust purposes. Its from here that CJ Dr.Mutunga got thums up for the job as the likes of Nancy Baraza among others were fried with known results - now what is so special with principal secretaries being skinned in hidding - i can smell a rat here - some unqualified people will be eventual job holders - your Excellencies Uhuruto, where is your political will on professionalism!

I once read the following words while in a gents arena " If you know what you are doing is not bad,why then have you closed the door"!

How Rev Jesse Jackson sealed

Raila meeting with Uhuru

Raila_Uhuru
Nairobi, Kenya: President Uhuru Kenyatta’s Saturday’s meeting with Mr Raila Odinga at State House was the culmination of two hush-hush meetings, both in homes of influential personalities close to the two leaders.
The Saturday meeting was the second directly between the two fiercest rivals in the March 4 elections, and also the first to be acknowledged by the two sides, complete with television footage.
But inquiries within the President’s and Raila’s side revealed that the influential force bringing the two hitherto bitter rivals together was America’s civil rights and towering religious figure, the Reverend Jesse Jackson.
April 1 was characterized by two key events; it was Easter Monday as well as April Fools Day, when people the World over get half-a-day to pull pranks on each other. In Kenya, it was no different as families got out to enjoy the fun-day together, either in church, friend’s homes or even entertainment joints.
But behind the scenes, something else was taking off, and as it turned out, it wasn’t a prank at all. That Easter Monday ended with Uhuru, whose victory the Supreme Court upheld the previous Saturday (March 30), sharing a dinner table with Raila at the home of a mutual friend.
This first meeting took place at the home of the youthful wealthy businessman in the Muthaiga Estate.
Second meeting
The businessman, whose name we withhold for legal reasons because he usually doesn’t brook any linkage to politics, was close to the late Prof George Saitoti, and when the former Internal Security minister died in a chopper crash, he shifted camp to Uhuru.
Both Uhuru and the businessman had been close and the youthful billionaire’s business and political ties to Saitoti had not strained this relationship.
The second meeting wasn’t Uhuru’s, but was a shared dinner table between Raila and Jackson at the home of Dr Evans Kidero, the new Nairobi Governor, and close ally of the former PM. Again as with the first meeting between the leader of Coalition for Reforms and Democracy (CORD) and Uhuru, this too was in Muthaiga where Kidero lives.
It took place the day following Uhuru’s inauguration on April 9, and confidants of the former PM told The Standard that Raila headed straight to Kidero’s home on arrival from South Africa that Wednesday.
Raila had gone to South Africa for ‘holidaying’ with his running mate in the March 4 race — former Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka — and Bungoma Senator Moses Wetangula.
It is believed that Jackson sought out Raila after meeting Uhuru on the day of his inauguration with the message that it was in his (Uhuru’s), Raila’s and Kenya’s interest for them to build a rapport and demonstrate mutual respect for each other.
Civil rights
Jackson, thought not a member of President Barack Obama’s administration, was the most familiar American public figure at the Moi International Sports Centre, Kasarani, when Uhuru was sworn-in.
It was not clear if at all he could have had a message from Obama to Uhuru and Raila, even though it is not very much unlike American tradition for a private message of their leader to be delivered by a senior and respected citizen.
But even without Obama’s prodding, Jackson’s role as a civil rights activist has given him immense contacts and good rapport with many African leaders, and he could have put these at play.
Having been close to the presidency, polling 5.3 million against Uhuru’s 6.1 million, the American cleric exhorted Uhuru to appreciate the fact that he needed to send out a message of goodwill and reconciliation to the considerably big constituency that did not vote for him.
Raila’s aides, on condition of confidentiality so as not to be seen to be spilling the beans on secret talks between their boss and the new President, said of the ex-PM’s meeting with Jackson: “He went there (Kidero’s home) alone and expressed his willingness to work with Uhuru for the good of the country.”
The sources explained that after the Supreme Court ruling, the youthful businessman, who is also a son of a former influential minister in retired President Daniel Arap Moi’s Cabinet, tried reaching out to Raila using one of his long-serving personal assistants.
It wasn’t clear at this stage whether he is the one who initiated the meeting, or was acting on Uhuru’s behalf. However, the businessman also happens to be close to Uhuru’s deputy, Mr William Ruto, who would later tell the country after assuming office, that he had had lengthy meetings with Raila.
“This was the first attempt towards arranging for a meeting between Uhuru and Raila. The meeting took place on April 1at the businessman’s residence in Muthaiga,’’ confirmed the PM’s aide. Another of the PM’s advisors also confirmed both meetings that the former PM attended in the two Muthaiga homes.
“Mr Odinga denied the first meeting took place and that is his position. But the truth is that the meeting did take place at the home of the businessman,’’ he said.
In a Facebook posting earlier in the day another of Raila’s advisors had revealed to his string of online friends that Reverend Jackson, who like the late Martin Luther King is a renown black American civil rights activist and Baptist minister, was the key player in the Uhuru-Raila talks.
The advisor played down media reports that the Uhuru-Raila meeting, where both Kalonzo and Ruto featured, discussed the number of security guards the CORD leaders should be left with and the amount the State would pay them as retirement benefits.
Real issues
“…You can safely laugh at reports in sections of our media that Raila went see (sic) Uhuru about security detail and chase cars and retirement benefits,’’ Raila’s advisor who is also former top UN media personality, Mr Salim Lone. Lone then threw in the revelation: “The meeting was actually negotiated by the Rev Jesse Jackson and focused on real issues facing Kenya.” He then referred his friends to the Sunday Standard story yesterday quoting Raila saying he had turned down the offer of a UN envoy role because his “plate was full’’.
Speaking in Khwisero constituency on Saturday after meeting with Uhuru, Raila explained his focus would be to strengthen CORD and urged those still sympathising with him for losing the presidency to stop because it was unnecessary.
Tell me sorry
“Do not tell me sorry for what happened. I do not wish to hear this. When a cooking stick breaks, do you stop preparing your meal? Certainly not! And that is why we want to state that we have enough work to do,” said Raila.
“Raila when invited for dinner by the businessman, sought to know what it was all about. He was assured there was nothing underhand, and all the cards would be on the table.
Because he was also keen to be part of healing the country (after the divisive elections), he accepted the invitation,’’ said another of Odinga’s aides.
When Lone was contacted, he confirmed Jackson did meet Raila at Kidero’s home.
“I can only confirm the meeting took place between Raila and Reverend Jackson at Kidero’s home and that they discussed a possible meeting between him and the President (Uhuru)’’ was Lone’s response to our questions. Source:standardmedia.co.ke
